• Mature, professional nature
• Leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail
• Ability to work nights & weekends
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Successfully complete drug test
• High School diploma or equivalent
