I had the new gluten free pizza tonight. It was wonderful! It was like a celebration to be able to go out for pizza again. I was diagnosed with celiac disease about 10 years ago and have not been able to go out for pizza anywhere. Thank you so much!
We are very impressed with all of the measures Monical's is taking to ensure (as much as possible) a gluten-free experience for customers who need it. While we understand the kitchens are not gluten-free environments, the details you have provided gives us what we need to make an informed decision as to whether we want to try the product at our own risk.
